1. Goldie Harvey
Susan Oluwabimpe who is popularly known and regarded “Goldie” Filani Harvey, was born 23 October 1981 and died on the 14 February 2013. She’s a popular Nigerian professional singer and a Big Brother Africa star. Her uniqueness and beauty attracted huge fans base, and also makes her fans favorite.
In 2013, Goldie attended Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, California. After returning back to Nigeria, the singer started complaining of severe headache and was immediately rushed to hospital, where she was later proclaimed dead.
Although there were rumors that Goldie may have used hard drugs that caused her untimely death, but her husband rose to her defense and denied such possibility.
According to reports, an autopsy was conducted and according to the result of the autopsy conducted by the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, the Nigerian hip pop artiste died of ‘hypertensive heart disease,’ which triggered an “intracerebellar hemorrhage.”

Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun, popularly known and regarded by his stage name, Dagrin was born on 25 October 1984 and died on 22 April 2010.
He’s a well known Nigerian rapper from Ogun, Nigeria. After the mysterious death of Dagrin, a film of his life entitled Ghetto Dreamz was released in April 2011, sponsored by his contemporaries.
Dagrin died at a tender age of 25 on 22 April 2010 after a ghastly motor accident in Lagos, Nigeria. The film of his life titled “Ghetto Dreamz,” starred Trybson Dudukoko and Doris Simeon-Ademinokan as his girlfriend has been made and was released in April 2011.
3. Bisi Komolafe
Bisi Komolafe was born in 1986 and died in 2012. Bisi was a Nigerian Yoruba Actress, Director and also a Producer. She’s featured in so many many amazing and hit movies, which in return made everyone to love her demeanor and the way she embodied her characters.
The death of Bisi Komolafe was reported in the media on 31 December 2012. The circumstances surrounding her unexpected death generated several reports and speculations in the media.
However, the medical reports that was later revealed to the press, confirmed that she died of pregnancy related complications at the University College Hospital, Ibadan. She was buried on January 4, 2013 in Ibadan.
4. Muna Obiekwe
Muna Obiekwe was a Nigerian Actor. He was one of the most popular actors in Nigeria. On January 18, 2015, Obiekwe died from kidney disease. He was also the first cousin to Nigerian actor Yul Edochie.
As much as causes of some ailments are mysterious, not a few people in Nollywood believe Muna brought the pain upon himself and he was a victim of a demon he couldn’t deal with. Muna was a chain smoker and heavy drinker. Despite his condition, multiple sources revealed he was still consuming alcohol on a regular basis.
5. Tosyn Bucknor
Oluwatosin Bucknor was born 15 August 1981 and died on 19 November 2018. She’s popularly known and regarded as Tosyn Bucknor, and was one of the the finest and talented Nigerian media personality, actress and social media content creator.
Aurelien Boyer, who is the husband of Tosyn Bucknor found her dead, when he arrived at home from work on the night of 19 November 2018. Her sister, Funke Bucknor Obruthe said through her instagram account that Tosyn died due to sickle cell complications.
It was her revealed extensively that Tosyn was born with sickle cell anaemia. And also, It has been revealed how the popular Inspiration FM’s On-Air Personality, OAP, predicted her death through a poem she wrote, which had gone viral, few days before her death.
